We collect the details you give us when you create an account, place an order or contact support: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
We also keep your order history so you can track a shipment, reorder in one tap and claim a warranty without sending us the receipt again.
How we use your information
Your details are used to confirm and deliver your orders, answer support requests and improve the store. Marketing messages are sent only if you asked for them, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
We never sell your personal information.
Payments
Card payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Full card numbers never reach our servers — we store only the transaction reference and the last four digits printed on your receipt.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies keep you signed in, remember what is in your cart and show us which pages shoppers actually use. We read them as totals, not as a profile of you.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; parts of the store — the cart above all — stop working without them.
Who else sees your data
We share the minimum needed with the partners that run the store for us:
- payment gateways, to take and refund a payment
- shipping carriers, to deliver your parcel
- email and SMS providers, to send order updates
Each one is contractually bound to use your data only for the task it performs for us.
How long we keep it
Invoices and order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account data is kept while your account is open — ask us to close it and we delete everything we are not obliged to retain.
Your rights
At any time you can:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- withdraw your consent to marketing messages
- ask us to close your account and erase it
